Refunds and Returns 

We will always do our best to provide any returns or refund requests necessary, keeping customer satisfaction one of our top priorities. All returns and refunds from Sunflowerposies are dealt with according to the government guidelines as seen on the GOV.uk website. 

 

Where it states ‘you’, this references the customer.

 

Circumstances where you are entitled to a refund:

 

  • If item arrives faulty 

  • Wrong item is sent (in this case a return and exchange will be arranged, if possible, a refund will be last resort)

  • Item is not as described

  • Customer has changed their mind (not applicable to personalised items)

 

Circumstances that you are NOT entitle to a refund:

 

  • When customer purchases an item knowing it is faulty – this may occur with sale items that have marks etc (This will be specified in bold on the listing)

  • The item has been damaged or stained after delivery

  • Has changed their mind (Only applicable for in person sales)

 

 

All requests returns and/or refunds must be submitted via email (sunflowerposies@gmail.com) within 14 days after delivery of item. After 14 days we are of no obligation to offer a return or refund. 

You have another 14 days to complete the return.

Refunds will be completed within 14 days of us (Sunflowerposies team) receiving item back. 

 

All returns and refunds due to claims of faults will be checked over before refunds are given. 

 

We will only accept requests for returns and refunds from the buyer. If you are requesting as a gift receiver, please get in contact with the original buyer for necessary proof of purchase such as order number, name, etc.
